 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Rainflow SA to replace our rusted gutters and down pipes. The sales representative was efficient and professional. The office arranged an installation date with me and assured me that the team knows what they do. They surely do! Time and Reginald jumped into the work and removed the old gutters, rolled new gutters and fixed it to the roof in one afternoon. The next day they came to finish the down pipes and barge board - also well done considering that some of the roof structure wood is in poor condition. There are a few opportunities for improvement: cleaning afterwards, fixing minor issues with lats and most importantly - sloping a specific gutter to drain (the original also didn't drain and I pointed that out to the team, who assured me they'll test with a hose pipe). So, now their coming back for a repair and I look forward to that! An easy solution can be to send the sales rep. back as the work is completed, for a quality control check.
